At the end of the 19th century, on the outskirts of the city of Kremenchuk, behind the embankment of the railway, the Second Fairground is divided. In 1887, at the expense of the Duma, a city slaughterhouse was built here. The building has been preserved. After the war, it was used by Vtorchermet. On the square, until the beginning of the 1970s, there was a bustling market (in the vernacular Toluchka)
