“Sanitary improvement of the cities of Kremenchuk and Kryukiv”.
In order to bring the cities of Kremenchuk and Kryukiv into proper sanitary condition, I order:
- All managers of city buildings, private homeowners, owners of state buildings and tenants must immediately clean the yards and estates of households in their possession or use, clean common areas (sewerages, cesspools, etc.) and in the future maintain households in the best sanitary condition, preventing them from becoming contaminated.
- The housing authority, under the personal responsibility of its head, is to clean up the squares that are not part of the households (the stadium, the Hay Square, the square near the Cathedral), as well as the squares
- The buildings of the burned households are to be immediately distributed to other household administrations and brought to a proper sanitary condition.
- The market commandant is to bring both markets to a proper sanitary condition, in particular, to allocate a place for the supply; to close all unnecessary stalls, to make completely separate counters for dairy, flour and meat products.
- All house managers and private homeowners must take care of cleaning the streets and sidewalks every day, finishing their cleaning by 6 a.m. Garbage is allowed to be taken out beyond the former kommuntrans yard (near the Kryva Ruda River), and liquid dirt beyond the chemical plant, to the designated sewage field.
- For violation of this order, persons responsible for the sanitary condition of the city shall be held accountable! in administrative order: a fine of up to 50 rubles. or forced labor for up to 1 month by resolution of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Supervision of the implementation of this order is entrusted to the city sanitary inspection. Complaints about the incorrect imposition of an administrative penalty shall be filed with the Chairman of the Management Board within 3 days from the date of announcement of the resolution on the fine.
