Built in 1973. Sculptor M. F. Ovsyankin. Front-line soldier, Honored Art Worker of Ukraine, laureate of the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR named after T.G. Shevchenko. It is located on the site of one of the six concentration camps in memory of those who died in them at the hands of the Nazi invaders.
