Kremenchuk Provincial Zemstvo Hospital after the revolution becomes the first Soviet city hospital. In addition to the existing four departments (therapeutic, surgical, infectious, venereological), specialized were opened:
- obstetric
- gynecological
- otolaryngological,
- ophthalmic,
- anti-tuberculosis
- pediatric.
The building of the Zemsky hospital was destroyed during the war.
