Two photos from the German Ostland automobile bridge, autumn 1941. The right photo shows the destroyed span of the Kryukovsky bridge, the still operating German pontoon crossing upstream, and even further away you can see the left bank of the Dnieper, the dome of the Assumption Cathedral, a cloth factory and sawmills.
