The island has a length of about 180 m, a width of 42 m, and an area of about 0.5 ha. The island is sandy. To prevent erosion from the side of the current, stones are laid out on the island. In summer, there are many vacationers and fishermen on the island. In recent years, the island has been heavily overgrown with trees and bushes. The island has several natural beaches, preserved from the time of the overgrowth of the lake. The island borders on the embankment of Kremenchug and its neighbor – Zeleny Island.
