KREMENCHUG, 27, IV. The Dnieper spills more and more every day. The entire bulk part of the city is flooded with water. More than 2000 yards in the water, more than 50 houses completely demolished. Residents huddle in the cities on the mountains barracks, freight cars and at the station. Many live in the attics of flooded houses. The city government delivers food and everything they need by boat.
