Beginning of the German occupation of Kremenchuk, September 1941. The photo was taken from the Kryukiv bank of the Dnieper, near the railway bridge, on the right is the entrance to the German pontoon crossing. On the opposite bank is Kremenchuk, the dome of the Assumption Cathedral, the fire tower and the building of the cloth factory are visible.
