It was built and housed at the expense of the zemstvo. Opened in 1881. Before the Second World War, there was an elementary school here. During the flood of 1931, the school was badly damaged and was disbanded. After the Second World War, the restored building housed an orphanage, and then Kindergarten No. 4.
