It is located at the Power Station, next to the Trinity Church. It was erected in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Komsomol and in memory of dozens and hundreds of young Kremenchuzhan patriots who gave their lives during the years of the Civil and Patriotic War. Figures of Komsomol members of those heroic years are carved on the white stone obelisk. The monument was opened in 1968, the author of the monument is the sculptor P. Fleet.
