According to tradition, the place of Zaton, which was located at the beginning of the Vlasov dam, became a wintering place for ships, and in the summer – temporary repairs, repairs, and alterations. So it was until the middle of the 20th century that all such places were transferred to the territory of the present cargo port, built and opened in 1966 in the area of the First Zanasyp.
