On the right in the photo you can see the anti-aircraft tower, on the left – the entrance to the road bridge from the left bank of the Dnieper, today the “Lokomotiv” boat station on 1st Zanasyp is located there. The Germans completed the construction of the Runstedt Bridge on May 2, 1942, now all that remains of it are concrete supports opposite the “Athens”.
