Entrance to the German Runstedt Road Bridge from the left bank of the Dnieper River near 1st Zanasyp, 1942 or 1943. The Germans built the Runstedt Bridge for six months and completed it on May 2, 1942; now all that remains of it are the concrete pillars opposite the “Athens”. In the photo, in front of the bridge, are German Kfz.72 radio communication vehicles based on the Henschel 33D1 truck.
