The photo was taken on the left bank of the Dnieper, the German column is heading to Kryukov and moving along a road paved with wooden planks that stretched from Khersonska Street (now Leytenanta Pokladov) to the pontoon crossing over the Dnieper (now it is the area of the city beach near Prydniprovsky market). A truck from the rear support service of the 60th Motorized Division drives in front of the photographer’s car. The destroyed Kryukiv bridge can be seen in the background.
