In 1963, the territory north of Kremenchuk, between the village of Velyka Kokhnivka and the construction site of the plant, was annexed to the city limits. On these lands, the construction of the village of Molodizhny began according to the detailed training project of the 3rd planning district (Kharkiv branch of Giprograd, architect V.I. Kasyan, 1964)
