Kremenchuk, was located on the modern Pervomayskaya street
It opened after the 1917 revolution, in the former mansion of I. Sandomirsky.
At a meeting on November 7, 1926, the City Council named the hydropathic establishment after F. Dzerzhinsky. The hydropathic facility was equipped for 250-300 visits per day, and also had a hospital for 22 beds. In 1934, the building was overhauled and re-equipped with the latest medical technology. After the renovation, the hydropathic establishment was opened on August 8, 1934.
