After the revolution – the House of Unions or the House of Trade Unions, since it housed trade union organizations,
Since 1938 – the House of Pioneers and Schoolchildren, which was equipped with an assembly hall for 200 seats, a cozy foyer, a reading room, rooms for recreation, for October children, board games, a photo laboratory, chess and checkers and physical education halls.
The building was destroyed by German soldiers during the retreat in 1943.
